You pay BE FORWARD directly, using the payment details on the official invoice. You never pay Zimotive, and you never pay any person.
Someone asked me to pay into a personal account. What should I do?
Do not pay. Nobody from Zimotive will ever ask you to send money to a personal account. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and tell us the name and number of the person.
How do I get a quotation?
Register on our website and send a query with the make, model, type, budget and year you want. We look for matching cars and send you a quotation with photos and a clear total price. We also contact you on WhatsApp.
Can I follow my order online?
Yes. After you accept a quotation, your account shows every step: invoice, payment, reservation, shipping (vessel name and dates), documents with courier tracking, arrival at the port and delivery.
