How payment works
This is the most important page on our website. Please read it before you pay for any car.
Zimotive is an independent lead generation and guidance service based in Karachi, Pakistan. We help you find the right car and guide you through every step. The car is sold, invoiced and shipped by BE FORWARD in Japan, and you pay BE FORWARD directly. Zimotive never receives your payment.
The safe way to pay
- You receive an official invoice from BE FORWARD.
- You pay using the payment details on that invoice, to the exporter's official account in Japan.
- We help you check the details before you pay.
- You follow the payment and shipping status in your account.
Protect yourself from fraud
Nobody from Zimotive will ever ask you to send money to a personal account, to a Zimotive account, or to any person. If someone does, it is fraud: do not pay, and contact us immediately.
Before you pay, check that
- the invoice comes from BE FORWARD, not from a person;
- the account on the invoice belongs to the exporter, in Japan, not to a person;
- the amount matches the quotation you accepted.
If anything looks different, stop and contact us before paying.
Someone asked you to pay them?
Do not pay. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and tell us the name and number of the person.
