When you accept, you receive the official invoice and pay the exporter's official account in Japan.
Follow your car to your port
Track shipping, documents and arrival in your account. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.
What happens after you accept a quotation
Every step appears in your account, and we update you on WhatsApp.
Quotation accepted
We confirm the car with BE FORWARD.
Invoice issued
You receive the official invoice from BE FORWARD.
Payment received
You pay the exporter's official account in Japan and the payment is confirmed.
Car reserved
The car is reserved for you.
Shipped
You see the vessel name and the departure and arrival dates.
Documents sent
The shipping documents are sent to you by courier, with a tracking number.
Arrived at port, then delivered.
Your payment goes directly to BE FORWARD
Zimotive is a guidance service. We never receive your money. You pay the official account of BE FORWARD directly, shown on your invoice.

Protect yourself from fraud
Nobody from Zimotive will ever ask you to send money to a personal account, to a Zimotive account, or to any person. If someone does, it is fraud: do not pay, and contact us immediately.
